RULES APPLICABLE TO ALL PAGEANTS AND CONTESTS

The Pageant Committee reserves the right to dismiss at any time any contestant who does not cooperate and is not courteous to Committee members, consultants and fellow contestants.  Marriage, pregnancies or conduct deemed unbecoming by the Pageant Committee will automatically disqualify the winner.  Entry fees are not refundable.  Winners make appearances throughout the year as arranged by the Woodford County Fair Association Pageant Committee.  Contestants will recognize the judges' decisions as final.  The Woodford County Fair Association and agents cannot be held responsible for accidents, injury or loss of personal property relating to this event.  Registration deadlines could be extended depending on number of entries.  Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness, i.e., photo or otherwise, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
