Registration 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Monday, June 16th

Pick up exhibits Sunday June 22, 3:00-4:00 PM or June 23, 12:00 PM-1:00 PM

Exhibit Barn

 

Rules:

  1. Open to residents of Woodford County who are non-professional artisans.

  2. Must be original work completed in the past 2 years.

  3. Entries limited to 2 in each class per person.

  4. Adult entries in categories (Number), must be framed or stretched on a frame.  all photography must be matted or framed in both adult & student categories.

  5. Exhibitor's name and address must be attached to back of entry.

  6. Entries must be submitted mounted on board or framed, and must have proper hardware attached for hanging.

  7. Any exhibit winning first prize (blue) may not be entered in subsequent Woodford County Fairs.

  8. Exhibits must be entered at the Woodford County Fairgrounds on Monday, June 16 from 8-10AM.

  9. Entries will not be released until Sunday June 22, 3-4 PM or Monday, June 23, Noon - 1PM.

  10. All exhibits removed prior to times listed will forfeit prize money.
