25-30 months (Born between 1/1/06 and 6/30/06)
31-36 months (Born between 7/1/05 and 12/31/05)
Multiple Births (Born between 12/31/05 and 9/1/07)
Contestants shall:
1. Be residents of Woodford County.
2. Have a copy of birth certificate attached to entry form.
3. Mail entry form & $10 entry fee by June 18, 2008.
